The purpose of the professional degree course (professional graduate school), School of Public Health, \u00a0Graduate School of Medicine, The University of Tokyo is to educate highly specialized professionals who could play an instructive role to improve the maintenance, promotion, and recovery as well as the improvement of the quality of life of the wide range of people such as national citizens, local residents, and patients. The course was newly established in 2007.<\/p>\n

\u2018 Epidemiology\u2019, \u2018Biostatistics\u2019, \u2018Clinical Epidemiology\u2019, \u2018Health Economics\u2019, \u2018Health Communication\u2019, \u2018Mental Health\u2019, \u2018Health Sociology\u2019, \u2018Health Education Science\u2019, \u2018Biomedical Ethics\u2019, \u2018Health Policy\u2019, \u2018Healthcare Informatics\u2019, \u2018Forensic Medicine\u2019 and \u2018Medical Law\u2019, \u2018Health Crisis Management\u2019, \u2018Environmental Medical Health\u2019, and etc. Degree of the Master of Public Health could be proceeded by earning more than 30 credits from compulsory subjects and optional subjects.<\/p>\n
