Summary
Applicants who wish to obtain the “Letter of Provisional Acceptance” for MEXT scholarship must pass the First Screening conducted by the Japanese diplomatic mission (Japanese Embassy/Consulate General) located in the country of their nationality.
After passing the First Screening, applicants must take steps indicated in the PDF file below.
